They talk about growing Bean Ninjas from a single Australian Xero firm into a business spanning Australia, the US, and the UK, and how that experience led her into TeamUp, which recruits accountants and bookkeepers in the Philippines through what she calls ethical, offshore (not outsourced) hiring.
